Changing our Province with Arts Advocacy BC

This new and province-wide initiative will concentrate on raising public awareness and spreading the word about arts engagement and activity. By collecting information, stories, and photographs, AABC will keep the public, the press, and elected officials aware of the vitality and importance of the arts in British Columbia.

Presidential Ramblings

In November 2009, the Assembly's Board of Directors and the Executive Director met in Richmond for our annual strategic planning meeting.
As you can imagine, much of our discussion was centred on the current and future funding cuts to the arts in BC.

2010 Assembly Conference in Richmond

The Conference for 2010 will be held April 30-May 2 in Richmond at the Vancouver Airport Marriot Hotel.
