The Assembly holds a three-day conference in conjunction with its annual general meeting. 

Each conference is an opportunity for those involved in community arts organizations as volunteers, board members or staff to come together and share their ideas and experiences while attending workshops and forums on topics of interest.  Arts organizations are encouraged to view this as an opportunity for professional development and build the costs into their annual budgets.

The location of the conference changes each year, thus providing delegates with an opportunity to visit different communities around the province, and see what others are doing.

The Conference for 2011 is currently planned for April 28-May 1 in Richmond.  More details will be forthcoming in the fall of 2010.
